• Senior Landscape Designer ( HQ, BKK)

  Requirements & Qualifications :

  1. Degree holder in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or equivalent
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape design or relevant disciplines
  3. Experience of managing the full cycle of large-scale landscape construction is necessary,
     prior experience in overseas projects would be a great advantage
  4. Detail-minded, flexible as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
     ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines
  5. Strong leadership, planning and management skills with strong design flair
  6. Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated
  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and InDesign, experience with other software
     such as Rhino or BIM would be an advantage
  8. Must be good communication in Thai

  Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Reporting to the Design Director, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the following:
     Work closely with the Design Director and a designer to manage and ensure the smooth and timely
     delivery of landscape architecture projects with design standards are met with satisfactory quality at
     every stage
  2. Assist in contract management and negotiation
  3. You will be taken charge of the landscape design coordination, tendering, cost control, project
     planning and construction supervision to ensure the landscape project is completed in a timely and
     quality manner
  4. Review and evaluate landscape construction drawings as well as offering technical advice on
     landscape design matters to ensure the project is up to standards and requirements
  5. Responsible for client liaison/communications and work closely with relevant stakeholders,
     including client representatives, contractors, internal teams
  6. Professional presentations skill to the client whenever necessary
  7. Liaise and mentor young designers in the project team
